• Validity: One-time consultations include 30-day post-session email support.

• Cancellations: No refunds after service initiation. Cancellation requires prior notice.
• Liability: We provide strategic guidance but do not guarantee financial or operational outcomes.
• Taxes: GST shall be charged in addition to the professional fees mentioned above.
