No, there are not any charges levied by the government for
providing assistance to MSMEs regarding IPR.
Micro & Small Enterprises - Cluster Development Programme
(MSE-CDP), MSE-CDP approach as a key strategy for
enhancing the productivity and competitiveness as well as
capacity building of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs)
and their collectives in the country.
Under this scheme, rating fee payable by the micro and
small enterprises is subsidized for the first year only
and that is subject to maximum of 75% of the fee or Rs.
40,000/, whichever is less.
